STAAD.Pro and SolidWorks Software (which include Finite Element Analysis) allow us to perform thorough structural analysis to our products to ensure appropriate strength, correct operation and compliance with the applicable technical standards. However, we also use this Software to check existent racking systems under Hubmaster transferred loads, to adapt our products to the structural limitations of the Customer’s building foundations or to give response to any other query the Customer may have.
In addition, all our products are structural, mechanical and electrical tested by our Engineering team as per current testing regulations.
Our investment into research and development allows us to continually improve our products to optimize their flexibility, durability and adaptability as well as to identify and develop the best integrated intralogistic solutions.
BASSTECH solutions may integrate either our own-engineered and manufactured range of products or either components from other reliable manufacturers. All these products are manufactured using the latest cutting, bending & welding technologies.
Our products are designed and manufactured considering that they should withstand demanding industrial conditions with a long service life expectancy. Therefore, our products and their components are treated with the appropriate coatings depending on the degree of wear and corrosion they are exposed to. Aesthetics is also taken into consideration at design and manufacturing stages.

BASSTECH is able to offer the Customer different installation options, depending on the complexity of each project and on Customer’s preferences.
In some cases we may provide an in-depth Installation Manual elaborated by our Engineering team for the Customer to self-install the systems.
In some other cases we may provide only a fully qualified installation supervisor and the Customer will provide the installation crew. The supervisor will ensure the quick, efficient and correct installation of the systems, as well as a safe working environment and a final system inspection and testing.
In more complex projects or if required by the Customer, BASSTECH may take care of the full installation process, providing both the installation crew along with the supervisor. Our experienced and insured installation teams can also assist with installations that require relocation or dismantling of storage or handling systems.
In highly complex projects BASSTECH will provide a project manager to ensure the correct integration of the different storage, handling and transportation equipment and to guarantee the coordination with other Customer’ contractors.
Whichever option is preferred, BASSTECH will always provide advice & technical support at every installation stage.
